Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods concluded via the online shop of [Fictional Shop Name Ltd.]. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

2. By clicking the "Order and pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The confirmation of the receipt of your order (Order Confirmation) does not yet constitute acceptance of the sales contract. The sales contract is only concluded when we declare acceptance by means of a separate Shipping Confirmation or by shipping the goods to you.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

1. The prices stated are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are added.
